BOTANICAL PRINTMAKING WORKSHOPS
A hands-on botanical printmaking experience inspired by nature, connection and community. Participants use hand-carved lino stamps to create individual prints and contribute to a shared collaborative artwork.

Workshops can be adapted for different ages, group sizes and themes:
Community Printmaking Workshop
An immersive workshop exploring nature, community and connection through printmaking
Participants learn simple relief-printing techniques using my hand-carved botanical lino stamps, create their own individual artwork, and contribute to a larger collaborative piece. The workshop can be adapted around a particular community, place or theme, making it suitable for community groups, environmental organisations, libraries, creative programmes and local projects.

Family Printmaking Workshop
A playful and accessible introduction to printmaking for children and adults to enjoy together.
Participants experiment with animals and botanical stamps, playing with ink, colour, layering and composition. No previous experience is needed. The focus is on curiosity, experimentation and having fun while creating something together.
Events & Festivals
A flexible, drop-in collaborative art experience designed for festivals and public events.
The workshop operates throughout the event as an open creative space where visitors can participate whenever they have time, helping to create a shared collaborative mural that becomes a visual record of the people who took part, with each contribution adding to a growing network of botanical forms. Visitors can take part for just a few minutes or stay longer, making it easy to participate alongside the wider festival programme.

One carved block can be used repeatedly while every print remains slightly different. The amount of ink, pressure, position and layering all change the result. This means participants can create something personal while still contributing to a larger composition.
Frequently asked Questions
Who can take part?
I’m happy to adapt this workshop for different ages and abilities. The Family Workshop is designed for children over three and adults to participate together, while the Community Workshop can be adapted for specific groups and needs. The Events & Festivals format is more flexible following the event organiser guidelines.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the format, number of participants and location. Please get in touch with details of your project and I can provide a tailored quote.
Do participants need any previous printmaking experience?
No. I demonstrate the printing process step by step and provide guidance throughout the session. The emphasis is on experimentation rather than creating a perfect print.
What materials do you provide?
This is a placeholder tab content. It is important to have the necessary information in the block, but at this stage, it is just a placeholder to help you visualise how the content is displayed. Feel free to edit this with your actual content.
What is the collaborative artwork?
The collaborative artwork is one larger piece created collectively by the participants. Each person adds their own mark, allowing the artwork to develop throughout the session or event.
BRING THIS WORKSHOP TO YOUR COMMUNITY!
I’m currently open to collaborations with festivals, community events, organisations and environmental projects. If you have an upcoming event or programme where you think this worksop could work, I’d love to hear about it.
