Commissioned illustration designed to compose the new Breakfast Menu at Brasserie Prince Restaurant, part of The Balmoral Hotel.

The concept behind the drawing is to feature the Edinburgh skyline, and because it is on the breakfast menu, it will be a warming first interaction of what is to come for the guests during their stay at this prestigious hotel. In the illustration, the guests will identify some of the most eye-catching attractions that they have visited and will be able to connect with not only The Balmoral Hotel but also the grand city of Edinburgh. The illustration was made in sketch trace with simple lines focusing on a minimalist and elegant style.
