I’ve recently joined Edinburgh Printmakers as a member and have been enjoying getting back to the tactile, hands-on side of making. After years of working digitally, lino printing has been a lovely excuse to slow down, experiment and embrace the imperfections. I recently took some Highland Cow illustrations I created digitally a few years ago and gave them a new life as playful notebook covers, while getting familiar with the studio ahead of a larger printmaking project I’m planning to exhibit later this year.
