South Queensferry Postcard
This artwork was made at The Ferry Tap, pub that was built around 1683 and also shows the The Black Castle house, dated from 1626 this is the oldest house in South Queensferry and his has a history full of mystery… is rumoured that they used to have a secret stairway that leads through a tunnel connected to the shore which would have been used by a smuggler to bring in barrels of contraband brandy!
